As a USA Coach and Operations Manager Trainee, you will be responsible for leading and developing high-performing teams, driving financial performance and sales growth, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also have the opportunity to develop and implement action plans to mitigate shrink, ensure sales and profit goals are achieved, and provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop teams effectively by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates
  • Drive financial performance and sales growth by reviewing and evaluating P&L statements, managing expenses, and developing action plans to achieve business objectives
  • Provide exceptional customer service by following and demonstrating the One Best Way (OBW) service model and resolving customer complaints and issues
  • Develop and implement action plans to correct deficiencies and improve business processes
  • Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, including hiring, training, and mentoring
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and support company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2 years of college or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Leadership
  • Experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing
  • Completion of Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, and other job-required trainings and assessments
