As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of children through interactive fitness programs, while also contributing to our sales and promotional efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging fitness classes for children aged 6 weeks to 10 years, promoting physical development, social skills, and fun
- Collaborate with our team to achieve monthly sales and promotional goals, driving business growth and success
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment
- Utilize effective leadership and motivational skills to inspire children to reach their full potential
- Maintain a clean and safe facility, adhering to our high standards of quality and excellence
Requirements:
- Highly energetic and passionate about working with children
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to connect with children, parents, and colleagues
- Experience working with children, preferably in a fitness or educational setting
- Fitness background preferred (athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, or related field)
- Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Clean background check, ensuring the safety and well-being of our children and staff
