Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to guide customers through our range of products and services, helping them find the perfect solutions to meet their needs
- Meet and exceed sales targets, earning a competitive salary and uncapped commission opportunities
- Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers, fostering a sense of connection and community
- Work a flexible schedule, including weekends, to ensure our customers receive exceptional service when they need it most
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range: $15.52 – $17.31 per hour, plus up to $13,700+ in commissions
- Uncapped commission opportunities, with top sellers earning up to $62,460 per year
