As a 100% remote role, you'll be available for shift requirements between 8:00 am - 7:00 pm CST (Monday - Friday) and 8:00 am - 12:00 pm CST (Saturday). If you have experience in financial services, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Contact customers to determine reasons for payment delinquency and negotiate payments. Handle accounts with speed and accuracy while maintaining professionalism. Confirm and/or negotiate payment arrangements, research discrepancies, and document accounts accurately. Meet required performance standards and metrics, staying informed of policy changes. Utilize computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting. Respond to caller inquiries with accurate information, professionalism, and integrity. Adhere to state and federal laws in handling accounts. Qualifications Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills. Attention to detail and professional phone etiquette. Good follow-up skills and persuasive negotiation skills. Microsoft Windows and Internet-based applications experience required. Basic typing/data entry skills and ability to multi-task. Ability to work a five-day workweek, including some Saturdays. Education & Experience High School or Equivalent Required. Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in business or related field may be used in lieu of experience. Prior experience in financial services or similar industry preferred.
