- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions
- Perform a range of transactions, including check cashing, deposits, transfers, and withdrawals, while ensuring compliance with operational policies and procedures

To succeed in this role, you will:
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Have a strong foundation in customer service, sales, or retail, with at least 1 year of experience
- Be proficient in cash handling, with a minimum of 6 months of experience
- Be adaptable, resilient, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Hold a High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification (Associate’s degree preferred)
