Job Summary:
We’re on the hunt for a customer-obsessed and energetic Member Service Cart Handler to join our dynamic team at Sam’s Club! As a key player in our member service experience, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued members, providing an exceptional shopping experience that leaves a lasting impression. Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and efficient shopping experience for members
- Maintain a clean, organized, and member-friendly environment, adhering to company policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with members regarding club orders, product availability, and alternative options
- Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle member issues and concerns with a positive and solutions-focused attitude
- Collaborate with colleagues and business partners to prioritize tasks, adapt to changing situations, and drive business results
- Participate in safety sweeps and report potential hazards to ensure a safe working environment
