Role Overview
As our Part-Time Recruiter, you’ll be at the heart of our talent acquisition efforts, helping us build world-class teams for our early-stage SaaS startup clients. Your expertise will be crucial in managing full-cycle recruiting, from creative sourcing to closing offers, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and identifying top-tier talent across various levels and roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment process, leveraging your expertise to build a pipeline of high-quality candidates and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Talent Scout: Identify top-tier talent across all roles within SaaS companies, utilizing your recruitment expertise to attract the right candidates, including tech and non-tech roles.
- Market Research: Conduct research to stay ahead of the curve, understanding the SaaS market landscape and pinpointing where top talent is located and how to attract them.
- Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidates’ profiles, identifying strengths and gaps, and providing actionable feedback to match the right candidate to the right role.
- Creative Sourcer: Develop innovative strategies for finding hidden talent, utilizing traditional and non-traditional sourcing methods.
- Database Management: Maintain our applicant tracking system and candidate database, ensuring we’re always ready to move quickly on top talent.
- Collaborative Partner: Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs and deliver candidates who match not just the skill set, but the culture.
