As a Revenue Protection Analyst, you will play a critical role in protecting company assets by investigating discounts, identifying unauthorized transactions, and resolving issues promptly.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial, banking, and customer payment data to identify unexpected patterns or results that may indicate fraud or misuse of customer funds
- Research and investigate unusual patterns or results to determine the root cause and report findings to management
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc performance reports, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Resolve issues and questions from internal and external customers in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure accurate and timely exchange of financial and operational data
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Knowledge of financial and accounting principles, internal controls, and SOX compliance
- Experience with software systems and tools, including database tools and data analysis software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources
