About the Role:
- Delivering world-class customer service via inbound call servicing
- Creating extraordinary travel experiences for our premium Card Members
- Conducting research, planning, and booking domestic and international flights, cars, and travel arrangements
- Communicating new and existing product offerings and incentives to Card Members
- Consistently putting the Card Member’s experience at the forefront of all interactions
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the travel industry
- Proven ability to deliver premium customer care in a fast-paced, high-volume servicing environment
- Basic geography knowledge and ability to navigate computer applications and devices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow
