Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and requests with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist passengers with reservations, flight information, and travel-related concerns
- Provide guidance on baggage policies, flight changes, and other service-related matters
- Offer support and solutions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience for our customers
- Process customer transactions, including ticket purchases and upgrades
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively to maintain our high service standards
- Collaborate with team members and various departments to meet customer needs
- Stay informed about company policies, industry trends, and updates to effectively assist customers
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment
- Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ever-changing industry
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory
- High school diploma or equivalent education
