We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Strategy Coordinator to join our Disney Consumer Products (DCP) Marketing team. As a social-first storyteller, you’ll help shape and implement plans that connect with consumers in inspiring ways, across platforms.

With a portfolio of renowned franchises including Disney, Pixar, Marvel, 20CS, National Geographic, and Star Wars, our efforts to deliver innovative and experiential products, designed to entertain and inspire, is industry-leading and category-shaping.
Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day management of Disney Consumer Products Marketing socials, including social calendars, asset folders, and invoice tracking
- Maintain quality control of social pages, track post performance, and assist in the development of creative briefs and planning documents
- Help develop, implement, and evaluate social media strategy, and occasionally assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure a smooth workflow, and contribute to new processes to improve workflow
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive engagement and growth
Basic Qualifications
- 1-2 years of social marketing experience, preferred in consumer products
- Command of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) with a keen understanding of best practices, trends, and cross-channel tactics
- Highly organized, with the ability to efficiently handle many projects and tasks simultaneously
- Working knowledge of social media KPIs, strategy, and reporting, as well as Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop)
- Strong creative production skills, with a demonstrated ability to create social content
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, Keynote, and excellent communication and collaboration skills
