We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Contact Center Ride Success Agent to join our team on a full-time, fully remote basis. As a key member of our 24/7 contact center, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless transportation experiences for passengers, transportation providers, and clients. **Job Summary:**

As a Contact Center Ride Success Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling transportation needs for passengers and clients
  • Assisting transportation providers with calls
  • Making outbound calls to passengers, client contacts, and attending facilities
  • Monitoring and responding to chat requests
  • Utilizing our proprietary platform, third-party transportation software, and business technology to successfully complete trip requests

**Requirements:**

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Exceptional communication skills with empathy and understanding
  • Commitment to efficiently completing tasks
  • Proven broadband Internet access (Minimum 100 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload) with the ability to connect via ethernet cable
  • Private, dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions
  • Understanding of basic computer troubleshooting
  • Available shifts: SMTWS (5:45am – 2:15pm ET), MTWThF (10:30am – 7:00pm ET)

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Fluency with standard business tools like MacBooks, Google Apps, and software-based telephone systems
  • Contact center or tech support experience
  • Customer service experience with issue management
  • Thoroughness in following SOPs to complete tasks
  • Ability to recognize trends and report to upper management
  • Actively engage and collaborate in the work of a remote team
