Job Description Collaborate with marketing, design, advertising and product teams to align content with brand strategy and business goals. Create high-quality written, visual, graphic and video content for websites, product pages, email marketing, social media, and digital ads. Understand campaign objectives and deliver compelling video content that lead to sales conversion. Brainstorming, executing the ideas and concepts through shooting and final delivery for social medias platforms. Plan, create, and publish content (text, image, video, and audio) for digital platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Thread. Monitor content performance and provide regular reports and recommendations based on analytics and audience feedback. Stay updated with industry trends, audience preferences, and emerging digital formats. Continuously research audience behaviour, social media trends and viral formats to ensure content remains fresh and relevant. Maintain brand tone, consistency, and style across all channels. Requirement: Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism or related field. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail. 2-5 years experience in content creation, preferably in retail or e-commerce. Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.). Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Creative thinker with a proactive and collaborative attitude. Travel to multiple outlets in Klang Valley, work remotely but require 2-3 days travelling to outlets weekly.
