As a Lead Machine Operator – Floor Lead, you will play a critical role in driving success and ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing floor. To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant Machine Operator experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant Floor Lead experience
- Able to use basic hand and power tools
- Ability to manage and train a team of 3-5 people
- Basic math skills and mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Ability to identify problems and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
As a Lead Machine Operator – Floor Lead, your responsibilities will include:
- Following safety guidelines and standard work instructions
- Performing hands-on tasks and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Troubleshooting equipment issues and conducting routine maintenance checks
- Ensuring product meets customer specifications and meeting production standards
- Working in a team environment and maintaining accurate records
