No cold calling.Utilize knowledge of personal lines insurance help members with quotes, new business, rating, policy, billing, payment, underwriting, contract and coverage provisions, and premium changes.Begin by thoroughly understanding the customer’s need. This may involve asking clarifying questions to gather more information. Utilize resources to conduct research and present the customer with a resolution.Understand members’ life events that may offer sales cuesCorrespond with customers, clients, insurance carriers and internal sources to provide coverage information and policy recommendationsResponsible for execution of various client service transactions including policy endorsements, certificates, binders, cancellations or other tasksAdhere to performance metrics and quality standardsOur Representatives are experts in recommending excellent solutions.QualificationsHigh-speed Internet via wired ethernet connection, no Wi-Fi, Satellite or Cellular Hotspot or Cellular Internet.Upload speed of 5 Mbps; Download speed of 50 MbpsThe Internet service provider (ISP) must be highly stable with 1% or less packet loss Latency under 100ms.All Hires must have an available cell phone or tablet and be able to install our required 2FA software for Multifactor authentication on that device.Qualfon will provide all or some of the equipment needed based on the employees’ request.Additional Requirements:You must reside in the state of Georgia.Active Resident Property and Casualty or Personal Lines LicenseMinimum 1 year of customer service experience required1 year of call center experience is requiredHigh School diploma or GED requiredVeterans and their family members are encouraged to applyStrong written and verbal communication skillsProfessional, articulate voice and listening skillsMaintain member privacyInternet & research skills: ability to research and quickly become an expert in a variety of subjects.Computer savvy and can resolve minor technical issues with minimal assistanceTyping 25 words per minute with 90% accuracyAbility to critically think through situations and solutionsEnjoy working in a fast-paced, and at times, hectic environment while maintaining a professional attitudeSelf-motivated and able to work independently and adhere to assigned schedule with minimal assistanceAt ease with multi-tasking in several computer applications at once while holding a conversation with a customerEQUAL OPPORTUNITY STATEMENT QUALFON is an equal opportunity employer.
