As part of the Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) team, the Licensing and Permitting Administrator will be responsible for all activities associated with the administration of licenses and permits associated with the environmental services work performed company wide. In addition, the Licensing and Permitting Administrator will be responsible for transportation permits, safety audits, and annual and quarterly compliance reporting to various local, state and federal agencies. This is an administrative role in our corporate headquarters (not in the field or branch office). Our corporate office is located at 9335 Harris Corners Parkway, Suite 220, Charlotte, NC 28269. This is a hybrid role requiring an individual to live in the Charlotte area and work in the office work 2 days per week. Essential Functions:
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
  • Bachelor’s Degree with minimum of five (5) years in a regulated environment handling licensing, permitting or compliance reporting, or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a positive attitude towards safety with all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience in hazardous materials or safety field is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of OSHA, DOT and RCRA regulations is a plus.
