– Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
– Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
– 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
– Proficiency in using online chat platforms and other customer service tools
– Hardworking and resourceful personality traits
– Strong analysis and research skills
