We are seeking a dynamic Live Chat Specialist to join our team at Negentex Systems Medicine. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our live chat platform. You will engage with customers in real-time to address their inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues they may have. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Major Responsibilities and Objectives:
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat
• Offer product information and assistance to customers in a timely manner
• Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using live chat software and customer support tools
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
