What you will do:
– Research and compile lists of commercial property leads across sectors such as property management, real estate investment, facility maintenance, hospitality, restaurants, and office buildings
– Use tools like LinkedIn, Google Maps, company websites, and data scraping platforms (e.g., Apollo, Lusha, Kaspr, Seamless) to gather:
– Decision-maker names (e.g., Property Manager, Facilities Director, COO)
– Validated work emails and phone numbers (mobile preferred)
– Company name, size, location, and relevant notes
– Organize and format data in a clean, structured Google Sheet or Excel format
– Flag leads that meet specific criteria (geography, industry, building type, etc.)
Requirements:
Proven experience data mining
Strong research skills and attention to detail
Ability to verify and clean data (email validation, no duplicates, no irrelevant contacts)
Excellent spreadsheet and organization skills
Fluent in English
