Job Summary
We’re seeking an experienced Manager, Application Support (SAP BRIM) to oversee the delivery of 24/7 user and technical support services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing team members and vendors to ensure timely and quality resolution of application defects, problems, and enhancement requests. You will partner with business and solution architects to identify opportunities for improved customer service, increased agility, and availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage team members and vendors to deliver 24 x 7 user & technical support, ensuring quality and timely resolution of application defects/problems & enhancement requests.
- Run an agile-based request management workflow, focused on maximizing velocity, improving quality, and reducing backlog.
- Partner with Business & Solution Architects to identify opportunities for improved customer service, increased agility, and availability.
- Work with multiple vendor/partners to deliver existing services against Key Performance Indicators, managing performance against contractual terms, and identifying new/rationalizing existing services.
- Ensure Service Operations, Knowledge Management, Continuous Improvement, Service Level & Availability Management are operationalized across the team.
- Develop and guide direct reports by providing career path conversations and mentoring, helping them achieve their goals through effective development and training plans.
