We’re seeking a strategic leader to drive the development and implementation of our Field Resource Center (FRC) content management and optimization strategy, ensuring our sales teams have access to up-to-date, compliant, and effective content.

About Us

American Express Global Commercial Solutions (GCS) is a leading provider of payment solutions and expense management tools. Our Global Sales Enablement L&D team is responsible for driving productivity for our Sales & Account Development colleagues through effective skills trainings, communications, and compliant materials.

Your Role

As a Manager, Sales Enablement Learning & Development, you will:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our FRC capability and functionalities to drive content management and optimization strategies.
  • Partner with GCS content owners to review and update content, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify, define, and track key FRC content performance data points to measure success.
  • Implement and monitor components of our FRC Content Planning & Gating strategy.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Controls Management, Marketing, and Product teams.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of building and implementing plans around content management, with a focus on leveraging data to drive outcomes.
  • Technical tool familiarity and experience driving plans for optimization.
  • Outstanding relationship-building skills and business partner management capabilities.
  • Proven project management skills with a focus on process development, execution, change management, and tracking.
  • Strong oral and written communications skills.

  • Competitive salary range: $80,000 – $155,000 annually.
