Description:
• Design, launch, and manage end-to-end returns programs that improve customer satisfaction and seller compliance.
• Analyze return trends and root causes using data to identify opportunities for reducing avoidable returns.
• Build dashboards and performance metrics to monitor program impact.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline returns workflows and ensure policy compliance.
• Enable sellers with insights and tools to improve product quality and fulfillment practices.
• Collaborate with fraud, finance, and operations teams to mitigate losses from high-risk return patterns.
• Influence stakeholders across product, engineering, legal, and operations to implement scalable solutions.
• Drive A/B testing and pilot programs to validate new approaches and refine policies.
Requirements:
• Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
• Option 2: 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in SQL, Excel, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Proven track record of delivering cross-functional projects on time with measurable impact.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence at multiple levels of the organization.
