As a Market Operations Lead, you will play a critical role in optimizing clinical pod operations to exceed financial goals and improve patient outcomes. About Us Pomelo Care is a multi-disciplinary team of clinicians, engineers, and problem solvers passionate about improving care for moms and babies. Our technology-driven care platform enables us to engage patients early, conduct individualized risk assessments for poor pregnancy outcomes, and deliver coordinated, personalized virtual care throughout pregnancy, NICU stays, and the first postpartum year. Role Description As a Market Operations Lead, you will be responsible for leading the operations and evening coverage of all care delivery pods, consisting of multi-specialty clinicians, triage/evening nurses, and support team members. Your primary objective will be to optimize pod performance, ensuring growth targets, profitability goals, and clinical outcomes metrics are met.
