We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Math Education Specialist to join our team at Mathnasium of San Jose-Almaden. As a Math Instructor/Tutor, you will play a vital role in creating an engaging and productive learning experience for students, empowering them to build confidence and develop a lifelong love of mathematics.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional instruction and tutoring services to students in our math learning center
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic excellence and personal growth
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve center goals and objectives
Qualifications:
- A passion for math and working with students
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
- Ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities
- Willingness to learn and be trained in the Mathnasium Method
- Must have a legal right to work in the United States and be able to work in our San Jose center
