We’re seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Phoenix, AZ, with the option to work remotely.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $18.00 – $26.56 per hour, based on your skills, experience, and qualifications

Job Responsibilities:
- Transcribe hematopathology and surgical pathology consultation reports from spoken dictation with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Communicate effectively with pathologists and transcriptionists to resolve dictation and reporting issues
- Monitor, update, and resolve transcription and reporting issues using internal documentation applications
- Perform data entry tasks, including CBCs and macroscopic data, with excellent typing skills and attention to detail
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous pathology transcription experience a plus
- Proficiency in transcription software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, data entry, and typing skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
