About Us
We are a U.S.–based remote-staffing company run by clinicians for clinicians. We embed licensed medical professionals into physicians’ practices so providers can focus on patient care while we handle the clinical “paperwork” behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Coordination – Confirm, reschedule, and remind patients of appointments; maintain real-time calendars inside the EHR.
Telephone / Telehealth Triage – Use evidence-based protocols to assess symptoms, answer clinical questions, and route urgent cases appropriately.
Real-Time Scribing & Documentation – Join live or recorded encounters, draft accurate SOAP notes, apply ICD-10/CPT codes, and submit charts for provider review.
Insurance & Revenue-Cycle Support – Verify eligibility, obtain prior authorizations, post charges and payments, and flag denied claims for follow-up.
Care Coordination – Order labs and imaging, track referrals, relay results to patients, and reinforce care plans.
HIPAA-Compliant Communication – Work within our secure VPN, two-factor-authentication, and encrypted-messaging environment to protect PHI.
