Microsoft is currently seeking a

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to Microsoft users via chat, email, and phone.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, guiding users through solutions and ensuring satisfaction.
- Record and track customer issues in our internal system.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer inquiries.
- Stay up-to-date with product updates and new Microsoft features.
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least 1 year of customer service or technical support experience.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with Microsoft products (Windows, Office Suite) is a plus.
- Availability to work 20-25 hours per week with flexible shifts.
