We are seeking a motivated <strong>Customer Success Associate</strong> to join our remote team. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in customer service, thrive in remote work environments, and have availability on weekend evenings.
<h3><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other communication channels.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to orders, returns, subscriptions, and account management.</li>
<li>Provide accurate information about Nuuly’s products, services, and policies.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex customer concerns.</li>
<li>Deliver exceptional customer experiences that align with Nuuly’s values and brand voice.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our customer relationship management (CRM) system.</li>
<li>Identify patterns in customer feedback to suggest improvements to processes or services.</li>

<h3><strong>Qualifications:</strong></h3>

<li>Prior experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or subscription-based services.</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.</li>
<li>Availability to work evenings on weekends.</li>

<li>Tech-savvy with proficiency in using CRM tools and other software.</li>
