Office Assistant – Entry Level

Role and Responsibilities:

As an Entry-Level Office Assistant, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of internal processes. You will work collaboratively with team members to maintain organized workflows and assist in day-to-day office activities.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Maintain and update filing systems both electronically and physically
• Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate departments
• Provide general support to staff and visitors
• Assist in data entry and document preparation
• Monitor office supplies and report inventory needs
• Schedule meetings and prepare meeting materials as needed

Required Skills and Experience:
• Basic computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• High attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures accurately
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role
• Knowledge of office equipment such as printers and fax machines
