What You Will Do: Moderation: Monitor comments, posts, and interactions on our YouTube channel to uphold community standards and guidelines. Engagement: Engage with users in a respectful and helpful manner, answering questions and addressing concerns promptly. Conflict Resolution: Resolve disputes and conflicts among users diplomatically and professionally. Content Management: Assist in curating and organizing content, including highlighting user-generated content and moderating live chat sessions. Reporting: Provide regular reports on community feedback, trends, and issues to the moderation team. Requirements: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong understanding of YouTube platform features and community guidelines. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment. Exceptional judgment and decision-making skills, particularly in sensitive or contentious situations. Prior experience in online community management or moderation is a plus but not required. Must have a reliable internet connection and access to necessary communication tools.
