Fast-growing Los Angeles moving company (doubling revenue YoY) seeks a results-driven Reputation Manager to safeguard and enhance our online presence.
Key Responsibilities
– Monitor Yelp, Google, BBB, and other review sites daily
– Investigate negative reviews, identify bad-faith or policy-violating posts, and file disputes/appeals
– Proactively contact dissatisfied customers to resolve issues and encourage updated feedback
– Track sentiment trends and deliver weekly reports
Qualifications
– 2+ years managing online reviews or community support
– Proven success disputing/mitigating negative reviews on major platforms
– Excellent written English; calm, customer-centric tone
– Familiarity with Yelp/Google Business/BBB dispute processes & TOS
– Bonus: experience with reputation-management tools (e.g., Podium, Birdeye)
