Avail Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a skilled Oracle EBS Application Specialist to join our team remotely. This position is key to managing, supporting, and optimizing Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications that enable our clients to run their enterprise processes smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide support and maintenance for Oracle EBS modules including Financials, SCM, HRMS, or others as needed.
– Analyze and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
– Assist with Oracle EBS upgrades, patching, and system testing.
– Work with business teams to gather requirements and configure EBS modules accordingly.
– Develop and maintain functional documentation and user guides.
– Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and custom developments.
– Train end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure adoption.
– Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
– Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS applications.
– Expertise in at least one Oracle EBS module (Financials, SCM, HRMS preferred).
– Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
– Experience with Oracle EBS upgrades, patches, and customizations.
– Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL is highly desirable.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and remotely with good time management.
– Oracle certifications in EBS modules are a plus.
