Overnight Customer Care Center Agent (Remote)

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Overnight Customer Care Center Agent to join our team at ABM, a leading provider of facility services and solutions. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Job Summary:

In this remote role, you will work overnight shifts, responding to customer calls, monitoring systems, and performing various administrative tasks. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and resolving issues in a courteous and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or remote access
  • Monitor SkiData systems, initiate corrective actions, and perform routine maintenance tasks
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports, maintain activity logs, and enter comments in Dynacount event logs
  • Communicate with snow patrol, emergency response teams, and other stakeholders as needed
  • Perform equipment repairs, contact vendors, and notify facility managers of issues that cannot be resolved
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries

Requirements:

  • Experience with SkiData equipment and Dynacount systems
  • Good mechanical aptitude, basic computer skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Valid driver’s license, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Physical Demands:

This role requires the ability to sit and stand for extended periods, use hands to write reports and perform maintenance tasks, and lift up to 25 pounds. You may also be required to climb stairs, bend, twist, and walk short distances.
