Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients through outbound and inbound calls, providing top-notch support and solutions
  • Analyze and appraise loan applications using various software tools to initiate the loan process
  • Ensure precise documentation of all account interactions, maintaining accurate and confidential records
  • Communicate clearly and effectively, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Maintain professionalism, sensitivity, and tact during customer interactions, handling difficult situations with courtesy and calm
  • Handle card payments and process financial transactions with accuracy, staying informed about the latest lending practices and financial services
  • Meet and exceed monthly performance goals, contributing to the success of our team

Qualifications:

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet applications
  • Ability to work under pressure, managing difficult situations with courtesy and calm
  • Effective multitasking skills, capable of managing conversations while entering data

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in financial services or customer support
  • Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and systems

Working Conditions:
