Are you an experienced Keller Williams Real Estate Agent or Transaction Coordinator looking for a part-time role that offers flexibility and room for growth? Our fast-paced team is looking for an assistant to manage transactions in our absence, as well as help with certain projects.
Responsibilities:
– Stay on top of current transactions
– Write contracts as needed
– Send listing paperwork if needed
– Check emails
– Answer calls and texts from Jodi Avery
– Provide administrative assistance as required
Requirements:
– Experience as a Keller Williams Real Estate Agent or Transaction Coordinator
– Strong organizational and communication skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
– Proficient in Google Docs/ Excel
– Flexible availability to cover occasional absences
