As a remote consultant, you will have the flexibility to work on a part-time basis, scoring benchmark writing assessments and providing timely data and personalized performance feedback to support students, teachers, and school leaders. Responsibilities: As a Part-time Student Writing Evaluation Consultant/Scorer, you will be responsible for: Scoring benchmark writing assessments and providing timely data and personalized performance feedback to support students, teachers, and school leaders Working independently to complete tasks by deadlines, with the flexibility to choose projects that fit your schedule Utilizing our online platform to score assessments and provide feedback, with training and support provided to ensure your success Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have: A college degree required, with an advanced degree preferred, preferably in English, History, and/or Education 3-5 years of experience in a classroom, preferably teaching English Language Arts, Social Studies, or History Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide actionable feedback that focuses on praising the positive and offering next steps for growth Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively Strong computer skills, with the ability to learn and navigate new programs and platforms quickly Interest in tech innovation and a passion for education What's Next: If you're a motivated and experienced educator who is looking for a flexible and rewarding opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
