We’re seeking a highly motivated and organized Part-Time Retail Merchandiser to join our team at Chuck Latham Associates, a leading pet sales and branding agency. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in promoting multiple product lines in specialty retailer stores, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with store associates and customers.

Responsibilities:
- Perform merchandising tasks, including compliance checks, improving on-shelf availability, and educating store staff
- Promote brand awareness and sales by engaging with store associates and customers
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, store associates, and management
- Visit assigned stores monthly, with additional workload dependent on surge projects
- Utilize a smart device to take photos and submit completion surveys
Requirements:
- Strong technical skills with smartphone/tablet technology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and minimum auto insurance coverage
- Prior merchandising experience preferred
