We’re seeking a highly skilled Video Editor & Audio Engineer who can work ~20 hours per week to support our content team in creating exceptional, high-converting content across platforms. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical editing skills (video + audio) with an eye for content strategy and storytelling. You will transform raw recordings into polished, compelling pieces that amplify our message and grow our reach.
Key Responsibilities:
Podcast Production (Monthly):
Edit 8 high-quality, short-form podcast reels per month
Produce 4 long-form podcast video (YouTube-ready)
Handle all podcast audio editing, including mixing, mastering, and final delivery for distribution
Short-Form Video Production:
Deliver a minimum of 30 short-form reels per month (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts between two brands)
Strategically repurpose existing Pause Breathwork content into engaging short-form assets without direction (must really know brand voice and understand how to translate it into beautiful content)
Collaborate with the CEO on storytelling angles and hook optimization to ensure high-converting content
Take the CEO’s keynote speaking content and turn it into engaging highly valuable short form content
Collaborate with Head of Delivery to produce 10 high quality testimonials from our students monthly
Long-Form Video Production:
Edit approximately 5 long-form videos per month (around 20 minutes each) that will be used within our delivery department
Creative Strategy & Collaboration:
Work proactively with the CEO to plan and prioritize content themes, styles, and stories
Bring creative ideas to maximize the impact and reach of our brand
Stay current on trends in short-form video and podcast production to maintain a modern, professional aesthetic
Know how to push the creative edge, try new things and keep testing and optimizing
Requirements:
Proven experience in professional video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
Strong audio editing/mixing/mastering skills (Ableton, Audition, Logic Pro, or similar)
Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality short-form reels and long-form videos
Understanding of content marketing strategy and storytelling for social media
Ability to work independently with a high level of accountability
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
MUST be profeccient in AI and utilize it to make your work more efficent
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deliverables monthly

Motion graphics:
Experience optimizing video content for SEO and social media algorithms
Time Commitment:
Part-time (20 hours per week)
Flexible schedule with minimal meetings but must meet monthly deliverable deadlines
