I’m seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help me bring structure and simplicity to my personal and family life through clear checklists and repeatable processes.
Your Role:
You’ll design thoughtful, easy-to-follow checklists and process templates for the following areas:
Personal Health Goals – (e.g. meal planning, exercise routines, medical tracking)
On-Time Bill Payments & Budgeting
Automatic Savings & Financial Planning
Travel Planning – Itineraries, packing, bookings
Non-Profit Activities – Volunteer onboarding, content templates, events
Home & Family Tasks – Weekly routines, shopping lists, recurring errands
You will not implement these tasks yourself, but instead create the systems that other team members or freelancers can follow and execute.
✅ What You’ll Do:
Collaborate with me to understand goals, routines, and pain points.
Build clear, organized, and systemized checklists using Notion, Google Docs, or similar tools.
Document step-by-step workflows for recurring tasks.
Recommend automations or improvements when applicable.
Track checklist completion rates and suggest refinements if needed.
You’re a Great Fit If You:
Love bringing order to chaos.
Have experience building SOPs, personal systems, or lifestyle workflows.
Are familiar with tools like Notion, Google Workspace, Todoist, or Trello.
Can communicate clearly and independently manage your weekly hours (10–15 hrs/week).
Have a knack for thinking ahead and streamlining everyday processes.
Bonus (Not Required):
Familiarity with habit tracking, budgeting systems, or wellness planning.
Previous work in executive assistance or family/home management.
Experience supporting mission-driven individuals or non-profits.
