We are hiring a Special Education Teacher (SPED) for an early childhood caseload at a school near Lee’s Summit, MO. This is a full-time, onsite position with an immediate start. Location: Near Lee’s Summit, MO Position Type: Full-Time, Onsite Only Dates: ASAP - May 23, 2025 Hours: 37.5 hours/week Hourly Rate: $28 - $40/hour (commensurate with experience) Duties Include: • Implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for early learners. • Collaborating with staff and families to ensure student success. • Providing differentiated instruction to meet diverse learning needs. • Participating in professional development and IEP meetings. Qualifications: • Active MO Special Education Certification is a must. • Early childhood education experience is highly desirable. • Strong ability to adapt and manage classroom dynamics.
