Pre-License Customer Service Rep.-ONSITE MCALLEN

Join our team at Teleperformance-TPUSA Inc. as a Healthcare Customer Service Representative and assist members by handling inbound calls for general insurance enrollment information. No prior experience is necessary, as we offer comprehensive paid training at $18.50 per hour!
Our Pre-License Training lasts for two weeks, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. During this period, you will learn about our products and receive all the necessary tools to successfully pass the State License Exam. Please note that 100% attendance is mandatory throughout the training, and no time off will be granted. Additionally, there is a 90-day probationary period.
Upon passing the state exam and obtaining your license, you will advance to our Licensed Training Class, which spans 10 weeks (8 weeks of training followed by 2 weeks of on-the-job training). The hourly pay remains at $18.50.
Pre-Hire and Post-Hire Qualification Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
– Fluent in English with the ability to record account notes in English.
– High school diploma or GED.
– Successful completion of the pre-hire screening process and background check.
– Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
– Excellent oral and written communication skills.
