As a Product Marketing Lead, you’ll shape customer experiences, define customer strategy, lead go-to-market initiatives, and develop compelling narratives. This role demands ownership of high-impact initiatives, cross-functional alignment, and the ability to resolve complex challenges while driving business outcomes.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in product or partner marketing, or a similar role, ideally in a Payments or Fintech environment.
- Proven track record of leading partnership strategy and communication alongside product launches and GTM strategy that delivers business results.
- Excellent communicator and storyteller, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for a wide range of audiences.
- Highly analytical mindset—confident with data and able to extract insights that influence partnership communication and marketing strategies.
- Confident cross functional team leader who is able to manage multiple relationships with partners, merchants and stakeholders to drive the marketing communication strategy forward with multiple team’s buy-in.
- Experience navigating ambiguity and driving alignment in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
- Experience working with in-house designers and content developers to drive flawless execution in both design and copy communication.
- Campaign development leader with the ability to pull insights from customer data and build an effective campaign with multiple communication touchpoints.
