• Contribute to high-impact strategic projects
• Manage projects that enhance efficiency, profitability, and long-term growth
• Develop and execute project plans focused on process optimization, digital transformation, and performance improvement
• Partner with internal (U.S. & international) and external stakeholders
• Present complex findings and actionable recommendations to executive leadership
• Oversee end-to-end project implementation
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources
• Contribute to organization-wide projects, support OKRs, must-win projects, and KPI tracking
Requirements:
• You hold a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or MBA preferred)
• 3–5 years of experience in consulting, corporate development, or project management
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Pragmatic in approach, solution-oriented when handling cross-functional projects
• Team player with leadership potential
• Ability to adjust to changes, manage competing priorities, and motivate others
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Workboard preferred)
• Work autonomously, take full ownership of your projects, and consistently deliver results
