What You Will Do Lead an interdepartmental team to complete assigned projects on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency. Outline the tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly. Conduct cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project to develop ROI for branch system enhancement projects and scope of work. Prepare and implement a budget based on estimates. Conduct risk assessments; reports identified risks to management; provides recommendations for mitigation of risk (including termination of the project if appropriate). Address questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project. Act as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors. Manage toll-gate process and timeline of all projects to stay on schedule and within budget. Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices (e.g. internal audit, SOX, CCPA). Perform other related duties as assigned. Moderate travel requirements as needed for business purposes; 25%. What You Will Bring BachelorÂs degree in the field of Business Management, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. 5-7 years of experience within project management. PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications highly desirable. Lean/Six Sigma a plus. Extensive experience in leading organizations through process improvement efforts. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
