The Opportunity We're seeking an experienced and motivated Remote Property Manager to oversee our portfolio of short-term vacation rentals. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual who excels in hospitality and property management. Key Responsibilities Guest Experience Management Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly Collaborate with our concierge team to enhance guest satisfaction Ensure top-notch hospitality standards across all properties Property Operations and Maintenance Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and upgrades Implement preventative maintenance schedules Conduct routine property inspections Manage relationships with contractors and service providers Financial Oversight Develop and manage property budgets Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate records Optimize property performance and revenue Compliance and Risk Management Ensure properties comply with local regulations and safety standards Implement and maintain risk management strategies Stay updated on industry trends and legal requirements Qualifications 5+ years of experience in property management, or vendor management, preferably in vacation rentals or hospitality Proven track record in guest relations and property operations Strong financial acumen and budget management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in property management software Certifications such as Certified Property Manager (CPM) or Real Property Administrator (RPA) (bonus) Experience with Airbnb, VRBO, or similar platforms is highly desirable The Ideal Candidate Is a self-starter with excellent time management skills Thrives in a remote work environment Has experience managing properties in the United States (bonus) Has prior experience working remotely in similar property management or hospitality roles Work Environment Full-time remote position Schedule: Weekend shift, 5 days a week, daytime schedule Must reside in a country with a timezone compatible with US business hours (we do not offer graveyard shift) Compensation $20,000 annually (contractor position) Opportunity for growth in a dynamic, expanding industry
