About the position
Responsibilities
• Manage the day-to-day operations of tasks in assigned program area including technical work, staff supervision, financial and business development activities.
• Analyze and provide guidance on current processes and workflows to enhance organizational efficiency.
• Compile business strategies and annual budget plans for stock/inventory to achieve business targets.
• Ensure compliance with 10-day timelines for newly created and retired assets.
• Manage and maintain site stock levels, requesting stock once reorder points are reached.
• Prepare inventory plans for large programs and ensure team adherence to the plan.
• Complete 100% inventory of property and update discrepancies in systems accordingly.
• Ensure all record to floor samples are validated and tagged for Supply Chain Management Reviews.
• Demonstrate contributions to team performance and provide training and mentoring to staff.
• Participate in special projects as required.
Requirements
• Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science or related years’ experience.
• 5+ years of related experience in property and logistics.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, Adobe, and Outlook.
• Experience with Service Now database, SAP, CMDB, SCMR, IPAM, and CDRL deliverables.
• Ability to multitask and develop training plans.
Nice-to-haves
• Experience with Help Now and Configuration Management Database.
• Knowledge of government property and asset management procedures.
