PT Customer Escalations Phone Agent to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for escalated customer concerns, ensuring that every interaction is handled with care, empathy, and professionalism. As a member of our customer service team, you’ll help resolve complex issues while ensuring a positive and satisfying experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage escalated customer inquiries through phone support, offering solutions to complex issues.

- Ensure accurate documentation of all customer interactions and solutions provided.
- Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer issues.

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
