Position Overview
We are hiring a Remote Real Estate Sales Associate who is passionate about residential real estate in Southern California. This is a remote position, but candidates must live within our service areas and be actively licensed in California.
Whether you’re an experienced agent or just getting started, if you have the drive, mindset, and coachability, we’ll provide the tools and mentorship to help you thrive.

Requirements
• Active California Real Estate License
• Resides in Southern California (Orange, Riverside, San Diego, Los Angeles, or San Bernardino County)
• Entry-level or experienced—your mindset and coachability are key
• Familiarity with SoCal cities and neighborhoods
• Tech-comfortable (CRM tools, digital marketing, lead follow-up platforms)
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Understanding of prospecting, networking, and relationship-building
