We’re hiring a Recruitment Coordinator to manage high-volume interview scheduling and candidate communications across multiple departments and time zones. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping hiring logistics organized, pipelines moving, and candidates engaged throughout the process.
What You’ll Do:

Schedule and coordinate interviews with speed and precision

Manage candidate communication: updates, feedback, and rejections

Maintain an organized, up-to-date ATS (we use Recruiterflow)

Post job descriptions and monitor applicant flow

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a timely process

Spot and suggest ways to improve workflows and candidate touchpoints
What You Bring:

1–2 years in recruitment coordination or high-volume hiring support

Strong time management and organizational skills

Polished, professional communication—especially over email and Slack
-
Comfort using Google Calendar, Gmail, ATS platforms, and Slack

Availability to work full-time on PST or EST hours
