Remote Admin Assistant/Client Service Manager

We are looking for a friendly, self-managed and positive person to be the lead admin. assistant and client service manager for our company. Candidates must be able to handle different kind of tasks from answering calls to assisting other departments with anything they need.Admin Assistant task, but not limited toSort and code scanned invoices receivedClient Service Manager Tasks:Receptionist:Answer phone calls and return voicemailsProblem solve homeowners’ concernsTroubleshoot online softwareForward calls to appropriate departments if neededResponsible for mass communicationsUpdate all client portals (documents and calendars, etc.)Oversee all client blast emails and phone calls Occasionally assisting in other departments. Software Skills Required:Ability with understanding, learning and problem solving different software: Microsoft, Online software, and current Management software (Eunify/CINC/CODA/Asana).Ability with smartphones/technologyOver all skills required to be successful:High attention to detail and observanceOrganizational ability to stay on top of thingsAdaptability to different situationsAbility to problem solve various situationsCalmness during stressful situations (Customer Service)Ability to self-manage and be resourcefulPunctual and professional under all circumstancesPositive attitudeEmotional intelligenceLogical thinkingWork Requirements: Must pass a background check.
